New Features on taptogo.net

Early next week, the TAP team will release some exciting enhancements on taptogo.net. In response to customer feedback, TAP users can soon expect a better, more seamless user experience. Updated features include:

• Faster checkout process with options to safely save credit card information
• Enhanced security and compliance features
• Streamlined reduced fare application process with an optimized photo cropping tool

This year, TAP also plans to continue improving customer experience with the launch of a new, innovative mobile application. The TAP mobile app will allow users the ability to load Stored Value to their TAP card in real time and commute faster with personalized features.

TAP account holders will also be able to take advantage of the “TAP Wallet” feature beginning this year. In addition to buying and reloading TAP cards, this enhancement will allow users to store money in a TAP account to pay for programs such as Bike Share, Parking, VIA and more.
